LionsGate Lions Volunteer Sign Up Instructions
Important Things To Keep In Mind
1. ALL FAMILIES, with the exception of those who have already opted for the buy-out, need to sign up for their 3 volunteer shifts prior to the first swim meet.
2. If you fail to fulfill your volunteer shift for any reason, your swimmers will not be eligible for further meets until payment for your missed shift(s) is received or you have coordinated an alternate plan with our volunteer coordinator.
3. Please be sure to have any younger children cared for during the entirety of your volunteer shift. Volunteer jobs will require your full attention.

Volunteer Signup Instructions
1. Starting from our website, click on 'Team Calendar'. Then you will find all of the team's meets and events. If the meets or events require volunteers, you will see a green 'job signup' button. If you are interested in volunteering for that particular meet/event, click on that job signup button.
2. Click on the name of the person wanting to sign up for volunteer shifts
3. Next you should see a list of shifts that are available for that event/meet. Click on the shift you are wanting to sign up for. Please note, on the right side column it will show how many people are needed and have already selected that shift. Some shifts fill up fast.
The system automatically detects schedule conflicts. If you would like to volunteer yourself and a family member for the same meet or event, the family member will need to log in separately and sign up for their own shift. The system will not allow you to register for two simultaneous shifts, as it will recognize this as a conflict.
4. Click SAVE when you have selected your shift.
5. Please note that each family is required to volunteer for their required number of shifts across swim meets and/or events. There are a total of five swim meets, Champs, and five events that all require volunteer support.
6. Volunteer signups will close on (date TBD)
RECRUITING BACK-UP VOLUNTEERS
We are looking for Junior High School - College age students interested in being a part of our “call” list for working meets. We would like to develop a list of students that can help with meets on a needed basis. This is a paid position, however shifts aren’t guaranteed, but available for an on-call basis. Interested?
