Why do you coach/what is your motivation to coach?
I love seeing and helping people grow. There is such joy in watching others improve at something they've been working hard at, and having the opportunity to help someone reach their goal is a blessing. I also grew up a swimmer, and the sport is something I cherish and I feel like I wouldn't be who I am today without swim so the thought of not doing something in the swim world doesn't feel right.
