This 'fun practice' is led by LG coaches. It is open to our older swimmers - middle and high school swimmers only, please. The pool will not be closed to LionsGate community residents, and normal pool rules apply (no diving). Swimmers must RSVP, as we need an accurate head count for supplies!

Residents and local community friends are invited to attend the LionsGate Swim Team Parent Information Meeting. This meeting is designed for families who are interested in learning more about joining. The meeting will acquaint attendees with LionsGate Swim Team, how it operates, and what it takes to be on the team (i.e. league requirements, team leadership, registration, membership costs, family volunteer requirements, meet schedule, team suits, new rules, and much more).

Returning Swim Team families are also invited to attend the team meeting.

Information will be posted to website after the meeting.

This will be an optional practice for all age groups before Champs. This practice will focus on starts, dives, and turns.

There will be NO regular practice this day!
