Declaring Attendance

Declaring your swimmer's attendance is required for every meet. This is extremely important, as our coaches spend significant time creating relays and assigning swimmers to events. The deadline to declare attendance is every Monday at 6:00 PM.

If you already know your swimmer will be unavailable due to travel or another commitment, please mark them as "Not Attending" as soon as possible.

If you do not declare your swimmer, they will not be entered into any swim meet events. To be eligible for event placement, you must mark your swimmer as "Attending."

Please note: If you indicate that your swimmer is available for relays, they must remain at the meet until their relay event is completed. Leaving early may make the relay team ineligible to compete, preventing three other swimmers from participating as well.

You may select event preferences during the declaration process; however, final event assignments are determined by the coaches and cannot be changed. Preferences serve as a guide only.
