8 and under wear the color BLUE

9/10 wear the color YELLOW

11 and up wear the color WHITE 

The age group with the largest number of participating swimmers get to pie the coaches in the face during practice on Thursday!!

Please arrive by 4:30 for 4:45 warm-ups!!

Parking:

Parking is located adjacent to the pool and along the lake. Please park along the lakeside of the road and not in front of homes. No parking signs will be posted. Please do your best to carpool as we have a limited number of parking spots. If a car blocks a resident's driveway, it will be towed.

VIP Parking:

We are raffling off three front row parking spots for the meet. To enter, Venmo $5 to @Jamesdummitt (last 4 digits 3376) with your first and last name AND phone number in the Notes section. The cutoff for ticket sales will be 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. If you are the winner you will receive a text notifying you.

VIP Seating:

We are raffling off 4 front row seats so you are able to see all the action! One person will win all four seats. To enter, Venmo $10 to @Jamesdummitt (last 4 digits 3376) with your first and last name AND phone number in the notes section. The cutoff for raffle sales will be 4:00 on Wednesday. If you are a winner, you will receive a text notifying you.

Crash Area:

LG swimmers should remain in the crash areas indicated below. Zoo parent volunteers will call out names to line up for the races. Zoo parents will not search or wait for swimmers who are not in the crash area or not paying attention!

Safety Reminders:

• Diving Reminder – Please be safe! Swimmers may only dive on the side with the blocks (east side). Diving is NOT permitted on the shallow, west side. Swimmers must start in the water in the shallow end.
• Swimmers are NOT allowed in the baby pool, the slide area or the main pool stairs while the meet is in progress.
• 11 & up will do flyover starts

Volunteer:

Pre-meet training sessions for the timers, stroke and turn judges, zoo parents and clerks of course will occur at 5:10 PM. located under the canopy on the southeast side of the pool near the LionsGate volunteer check-in sign. Attendance is required - we can not begin until all volunteers have arrived.

Swim Cap Refunds:

Because this year's swim caps were not white as originally ordered, the vendor has refunded 50% of the purchase price. If you ordered a cap and have not received your refund yet, envelopes with refunds will be available to pick up between 4:30 and 5:00 at the volunteer check-in table.

Concessions:

NO GLASS is allowed! Please keep our pool and swimmers safe!

Chick-fil-A Food Truck will be in the parking lot from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.

Concessions will be open at 5:00 PM. Please send money with your swimmers so they can purchase their food. Please bring smaller bills if possible. CASH ONLY!
