• Tonight is our first annual team Culver's Night! Come dine with teammates and know that you're giving back to the team! 135th Street location. 5-8PM. 
• REMEMBER meet declarations are due the Monday before the meet at 6PM so our coaches can begin meet entries. For directions, visit HERE. NOTE: you can select whether you would like your swimmer to swim relays. If you select 'available' coaches and teammates expect you to stay for them! Changing relays last minute causes much stress on managers, swimmers and coaches. 
• WEDNESDAY HOME MEET - Nottingham Forest South will be joining us on Wed for our first home meet of the season! Meet details will come in separate email on Tuesday. Spirit theme is 'Wrangle the Win' come in your best country western attire! Prizes will be given out to the best dressed swimmer in each age group! We will also have a theme song - every time you hear the theme song - we dance! Get ready to kick up your boots and have a blast, Lions!
• TEAM PHOTOS - before the meet on Wednesday, we will have a team photo at the pool. Please be in your team suit and ready by 4:20. 
• INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS will be at practice on Thursday. Please remember to wear your team suit and/or team shirt for photo.
