The 2025 swim season is upon us, and we are thrilled to get things rolling! Volunteer sign-up is now LIVE and will remain open until Sunday, May 11 at 7:00 PM.

What’s New for 2025:

Volunteer sign-ups will now be done directly through our team website—no more external sign-up links. Instructions are linked below, and as always, feel free to reach out if you run into any issues.

Important Reminders:

• Each family is required to complete three (3) volunteer shifts, unless a buyout fee was paid during registration.
  ➤ Each shift = 1 point in our new system.
• Volunteer shifts require your full attention. Please arrange for childcare if needed during your shift.
• Once you sign up for a shift, it is your responsibility to fulfill it.
  ➤ If you miss your shift, a $200 fine will be required, and if not paid promptly your swimmer will not be allowed to swim in the next meet. This policy was acknowledged during registration.
• If you need to cancel a shift, you must:
  1. Email: [email protected] AND
  2. Find and pay a replacement (family member or someone from the backup volunteer list)

Sign-Up Timeline:

• Opens: Sunday, May 4 at 6:00 PM
• Closes: Sunday, May 11 at 7:00 PM
  Sign-ups are first-come, first-served—don’t delay!

• June 16 (Mon): Monday Night Fun Practice
• June 18 (Wed): Home Meet – Deer Creek
• June 23 (Mon): Monday Night Fun Practice
• June 25 (Wed): Home Meet – NBG Gators
• June 30 (Mon): Monday Night Fun Practice
• July 2 (Wed): Away Meet – Mustangs
• July 11–12 (Fri–Sat): SSA Championship
• July 13 (Sun): End of Season Party

New Volunteer Opportunities for 2025:

• Timer Break Relief (2) – Provide a 30-minute break for timers
• Monday Night Fun Practice Helpers (Middle/High School students) – Assist with fun session activities
• Additional Clerk of Course (2) – Extra support in this key role
• Concessions & Meet Setup – Help set up (3:30 PM) + sell concessions (first half)
• Concessions & Meet Tear Down – Sell concessions (second half) + help with teardown

What to Expect After You Sign Up:

You’ll receive an email the week of your scheduled shift (sent to the address associated with your registration login) with all the details—when to arrive, what to bring, and what to expect.
