Declaring Attendance

You may begin declaring your swimmers for meets, starting today. Declaring your swimmer is required for each meet. It is extremely important to declare your swimmer as a lot of time goes into creating relays/placing swimmers into events by our coaches. The deadline is every Monday at 6pm. We will send out a reminder email Monday mornings.

If you know now that your swimmer is unavailable for a meet due to travel you may mark them as “not attending” now.

If you do not declare your swimmer - they will not be included in the swim meet events. YOU MUST MARK your swimmer as attending to be entered into events.

We are allowing you to select preferences on events, however this is ultimately decided by the coaches and can not be changed. Your preferences will act as a guide only.

You will sign-in to Swimtopia via the website or mobile device (app).
